I was so excited when I first saw this product. I was looking for something that was microwavable and this had the bonus of having lids; which is great when I am preparing my sons meals for the day. However, the bowls do not lock into the palatte so he just pulls them all up and spills his food everwhere.

This dish is great for introducing new foods. I just put 4 or 5 pieces in a section (like pes, carrots, raisins, dry cereal, whole wheat pasta) and let my 2 year old pick and choose. It’s also great for my five year old in the same way. Also, I fill the big section with some kind of dipper (bread/waffle/etc) and fill the cups with different dips (yogurt/honey/pureed fruit/peanut butter). I even use it for veggie patties/soy nuggets and intro dips in each cup like mustard, maranara, balsamic. They love it.
