Thinkbaby Complete BPA Free Feeding Set – Blue thinkbaby’s Feeding set furthers our mission by providing safe, sustainable, functional and elegant products for little ones. In the development of our BPA Free Feeding system, thinkbaby continues the mission by providing a feeding set free of BPA, phthalates, nitrosamines, lead, and PVC. Our Feeding set is also free of Melamine. Early laboratory research has shown melamine based tableware to leach melamine at various temperatures and when combined with other chemicals (such as formaldehyde and cyanuric) have the potential to pose a risk. As we expect the debate to begin on the safety of this chemical, the research we reviewed caused us ask a simple question. Does the product have to have melamine? Nope. So we built our set to be completely free of it. The Feeding Set was designed for a wide range of feeding ages. Starting from the moment that your doctor green lights solid food feeding to school days, the set is perfect for feeding and food storage. For traveling in the baby bag or in lunch boxes the Bento box is the ideal, no leak solution. We included the children’s cup for when your child grows out of the sippy cup. And there is no reason for the set to be only useful for your toddlers. We know parents are going to be using the sets for children of all ages and for themselves.

These cubes do the trick, but I wouldn’t trust them to keep the food fresh in the freezer for too long. They certainly don’t seen to be airtight, and the lids do frequently pop off. They don’t close securely, and they do leak if tipped over. The cube plastic is flimsy and when I sent one to daycare with food in it, they thought it was disposable and threw it away. The idea is great, but the product isn’t up to par. It seems as though the lids will easily break from the containers. I gave this product 3 stars because there isn’t another product like it that I can find, and the little containers are convenient. I wish Rubbermaid or Tupperware made small enough containers for storing because their covers are tight fitting and plastic is more durable.

I bought these but can’t see the benefit of putting food in these tiny containers that tip over, are quite hard to store in the freezer, not good for microwaving to defrost, and then you have to wash them individually.

I gave up and use ice cube trays- so much easier to put the baby mush in (spray with Pam 1st for easy dispensing), pop out and store in Freezer Ziplocs, defrost as needed.

These cubes are quite handy. When my son was first eating solids, I was making my own purees and using these, they are a little larger than a 6 month old’s feeding size, but came in very handy once he started eating larger portions. I use these for his school lunches (he’s 14 months now) and they are easy to wash, and the lid is connected so you don’t have to worry about it getting lost.

Tip: for earlier ages, using an ice cube tray for baby purees was more beneficial for me. The feeding size of the cubes were perfert.

I love this product! They are easy to clean, can be steam serilized in the microwave (not all baby bowls/dishes can go into the microwave), and the food can be thawed/reheated in the microwave.

As another reviewer mentioned, I did have one that popped open when I put it in the freezer, but that was because I filled it too full. Just fill it to the max line and you will be fine. I also like that these cubes (when filled properly) don’t leave the food freezer burned. I’m not sure if that’s a problem with the ice cube trays, but that was one of the reasons why I wanted to try these. And I haven’t been disappointed!

This two ounce size is great for my twins. I also love that there is a measuring line on them so I can divide the food evenly between the twins to make sure both are getting their fair share! I believe there are also smaller 1oz cubes you can buy, but the 2oz size seems to be the perfect amount after your baby has been introduced to solids and starts wanting more than just a taste of food. For me, I pull out 2 or 3 of the 2oz cubes and can easily get the twins meals ready in just a few minutes.

Instead of writing on these with a dry erase marker, I just put a small round sticker on the front of the tray with the food and date, and it works great for me. The trays allow me to stay organized so it’s easy to know how much of a particular kind of food is left… so I know when to make more!

I originally only bought 2 trays to test them out and see how they worked. I loved them so much that I’ve ordered another 2 trays and may be back for more!

These cubes are a must-have for anyone making their own baby food. These have handy mL measurements on the side, and the lids snap tight. I make a large batch of food and then portion out & freeze. After the puree is frozen solid, you can run the cube under water for a second or two and the puree pops right out. I transfer all the frozen puree cubes to a ziplock bag for easier storage. This also allows you to use one or two trays over and over and not have them tied up in the freezer. I can take a frozen cube out of the bag and put back into one of the cubes to send to day care. Our day care especially like that the lid is attached. I highly recommend these!
